10. Scheduling and Attendance

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where circumstances reasonably require.
11. Payment Terms
11.1 Payment Obligations

agreed, payment is due upon completion of work. Larger projects may require deposits or
staged payments.
11.2 Late Payment
Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work, withholding of certificates or
